AN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE INTERVENTION
For my Transforming Organizations Course at New York University
Acting as Organization Development (OD) practitioners, my team and I diagnosed the presenting problem in a case study devoted to the reorganization of the City of Carlsbad, California. We were tasked with creating a custom intervention for the Public Works Department to eliminate resource redundancies, restructure the work design, and develop a scalable plan for the City’s future growth.
