AÂ COMMUNICATIONS PLAN FOR A FOOD FESTIVAL
For my Project Information and Communication Management Course at New York University
Communication is one of a project manager’s most critical skills and this project explores the necessity of a well-executed communications plan. My team and I acted as Skull Events, an organization hired by American Express for a fictitious food festival called ‘Hungry for Healthcare’. This event was to take place in New York City and was designed to raise funds to support the city’s valiant health care workers. Our presentation includes a thorough stakeholder power and interest grid, a communications matrix, and key details from our lessons learned documentation.
