A DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAM
For my Enterprise Project Management Capstone Course at New York University
I led a team that envisioned ourselves working as part of Target Corporation's Project Management Office (PMO). Our program includes three projects aimed to diversify Target's vendor matrix and broaden its product assortment in order to reach a new customer base. Our goal was to promote small and minority-owned businesses that may not have the manufacturing capacity or resources to work with a retailer of Target's caliber.




A GLOBAL EXPANSION PROJECT

In order to understand the challenges that organizations face as they expand to new markets, my team and I strategized how we would go about opening Shake Shack’s first location in Taiwan. This presentation includes research of our new market, an overview of Porter’s Five Forces, a SWOT analysis, and a cultural comparison to aid in the creation of an employee training program.
